great stay but minor issues
The Bistro impressed me with its clean atmosphere and fantastic service. Our waitress, Elena, brought a personal touch to our dining experience with her deep knowledge of the menu.
The check-in process felt a bit disorganized.

The staff were super friendly and accommodating. We loved the lively bar area at night, and the kids enjoyed the comfortable beds, making it an ideal family getaway. Plus, the shuttle service to the nearby casino was a hit!
My wife says that they could improve by offering a continental breakfast for families.

Great for concert-goers
Had an amazing time at the pool. We practically had it to ourselves and the waiter brought our drinks right to us. The food, man, it was really something. We thoroughly enjoyed the dining options for both dinner and breakfast, way better than I expected. You know, the shuttle service was super convenient to get us to the concert. Just hop on and off like it’s nothing.
Yeah, it wasn’t exactly a bargain but still worth it for the experience.

The staff at Bear Springs provided exceptional service, being friendly and attentive throughout my stay. The room was spacious and comfortable, and I truly enjoyed dining at the Bistro, where both dinner and breakfast exceeded my expectations with their 5-star cuisine and delightful cocktails. The complimentary 24-hour shuttle to Yaamava was a fantastic convenience, allowing for a stress-free evening at a concert.
Noise from adjacent rooms was noticeable.

The room features a 43-inch flat screen TV, perfect for unwinding after a long day. The nearby venue for live music offered a lively atmosphere that added to the experience.
The bar shuts down at 10 PM, limiting late-night options for a drink. Plus, the walls between rooms are quite thin, making it easy to hear neighbors coughing and moving around, which detracted from the overall comfort. Additionally, I found it frustrating that there isn't a continental breakfast available, which would have been a convenient touch. Noise from housekeeping and early morning garden work made sleeping in a challenge.

We enjoyed the 43-inch flat screen TV in our room and used the complimentary shuttle to the nearby casino. We also spent time at the event center, which was perfect for our gatherings. The location is great and easy to get around. Can’t wait to come back for another fun trip!
The only downside was that the check-in process took a bit longer than expected, which was frustrating after a long drive.

I stayed at Bear Springs Hotel recently for a concert and had a great time. The room I had was spacious and clean, which was a pleasant surprise. I loved the flat-screen TV. it was perfect for relaxing after a long day. The shuttle service to Yaamava Casino was super convenient, operating 24/7. I didn’t have to worry about parking or driving after the concert. The staff were friendly and attentive, making me feel welcomed throughout my stay. However, I did encounter a couple of issues. The walls are a bit thin, so I could hear noise from the adjacent rooms. Also, I wasn't impressed with room service. once I had to wait too long for my order. Overall, despite some minor inconveniences, I enjoyed my stay and would return for the excellent shuttle service and great location.

I had a chance to enjoy lunch and dinner while staying here. The service at the bistro was good, and the cocktails were mixed well. I appreciated the attention from the staff, especially my waitress. We felt comfortable in the dining area. I liked that I could easily connect with nearby attractions, which made my stay more enjoyable.
I found the breakfast options lacking. The coffee was too strong, and the food was served cold on my visits. I also wanted to see continental breakfast offered.
